SA 8000

Setaş Kimya is the first and only company in the chemicals industry with the SA 8000 certificate. 

SA 8000 Social Accountability Standard aims to guarentee the rights of employees to the international Standards published in 1997. This standard targets to improve the standards of businesses,suppliers and all work environments conditions.  

SA 8000 Social accountability Standard was published by a committee formed by labor unions, human rights and child rights activists, academicians and employers based on the ILO contracts, Universal Declaration of human rights and the United Nations Child Rights Convention.  

Setaş Kimya is fully compliant with the SA 8000 social accountability Standard procedures.
